Elina was also bit by the theatre bug in childhood, as her little brother can attest, having been forced to perform as a circus dog. At the beginning of the 2000s, Elina began more seriously to work as an actor. Among others, she has trained at the prestigious Royal Academy of Dramatic Art (RADA) in London.

Elina has performed a wide range of roles, from classic plays to modern Finnish drama. She has also performed a number of leading roles in short films. But for Elina, Shakespeare is still the best.
